Amy DiTrapani, Portfolio Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s property management portfolio. Amy recently completed the CPM program through the Institute of Real Estate Management, to earn the designation of Certified Property Manager.
Amy has over 10 years in commercial property management of retail centers, industrial properties, and enclosed malls. She also spent some time working at Walt Disney World in Orlando.
Amy grew up on the east coast of Florida and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Amy has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2005 and is the proud dog-mom of a Weimaraner.
