Curtis Rorebeck has been actively involved in commercial real estate in the Tampa market since 1982. In 1993 he formed The Rorebeck Expansion Group, Inc. with an emphasis on restaurant/entertainment/retail site selection. In early 2013, Curtis joined Gulf Coast Commercial after having spent the previous six years as Director of Retail for Equity, Inc.
Curtis has performed site selection services for Irish 31, Noble Crust, Kona Grill, Splitsville, TGI Friday’s, Sloppy Joe’s, Bonefish Grill, First Watch, and Buffalo Wild Wings. In addition, he is currently working on behalf of Dry Bar, The Hall on Franklin, Fresh Kitchen, The Mill and Hawkers Asian Street Fare.
Curtis is part of the leasing team responsible for the restaurant/retail space for Riverwalk Place, the new 53-story mixed use project located on the river in downtown Tampa.
Curtis is a native of Tampa, a graduate of the University of Florida and has served on the board of several civic and professional organizations. He and his wife have two adult children and three grandchildren, all residing in Tampa.
