Sheila N Suhar core focus is in commercial and income-producing investment property sales with a strong background in retail leasing and tenant representation. Sheila has experience in strategic planning and pre-leasing of new retail projects as well as existing center portfolio leasing and income maximization and has facilitated multiple real estate transactions with Landlord’s & National REIT’s. Sheila also has extensive experience in restaurant and retailer expansion through developing and implementing strategic growth plans. Sheila has successfully represented many local, regional, and national tenants including Clothes Mentor, Rainbow Apparel, Uptown Cheapskate, South Beach Tan, Menchies Frozen Yogurt, Brass Tap, Ceviche and Park and Rec.
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Sheila started her commercial real estate career with Hybridge in 2013. Sheila is involved in many charitable events benefiting the Special Olympics Florida, Local food banks, Toys for Tots, the Vincent Lecavalier Pediatric Cancer Center and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
